The University of Hawaii at Hilo finished third at the 4^th Annual Dennis Rose Invitational on the Waikoloa Beach Course in Hawaii.

Erika Morihiro led the way for the Vulcans with a tie for 6^th place at 11-over-par 211 (75-71-75). She was followed by Nyssa Aoki at 223 (74-75-74) and tied for 8^th place. Dayna Bersamin was tied for 11^th place (72-77-76=225) while Kirsten Sawada was tied for 18^th place (74-77-78=229) and Kacie Harada tied for 25^th place (78-78-80=236).

Cal State Monterey Bay's Courtney Soekland won the event at 3-under-par 207 (68-73-66).

Grand Canyon won the team event with a score of 878 followed by Cal State Monterey Bay (883), Hawaii Hilo (898), Sonoma State (902), Academy of Art (906), Cal State East Bay (920), Saint Martin's (948), Redlands (979) and Montana State Billings (980).
