Freshman Emily Wade continued her impressive rookie season during a pair of victories at Dominican and Fresno Pacific. She had eight kills, one solo block and two assisted blocks in a three-set win over the Penguins, and added nine kills plus a career-high four solo blocks against the Sunbirds. On the season, she leads the Vulcans and the PacWest in solo blocks with 11, as well as total blocks with 56 (1.22 per set).
