Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Junior outside hitter Bria Beale had two outstanding matches to help the Vulcans win two matches at home against Concordia and Biola.

The Eastvale, Calif. native led her team in kills both nights. She had 18 kills and hit .389 against Biola, adding three aces and 13 digs. She had six kills in the second set. Against Concordia, she had 14 kills in just three sets. She hit .324 and had 17 digs. 

Beale, a First Team All-PacWest Conference pick last year, leads the conference with 3.73 kills per set and 4.26 points per game. The Vulcans continue a long homestand this week with matches on Thursday (Notre Dame de Namur), Saturday (Fresno Pacific) and Sunday (Dominican).
