Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Junior forward Carlie Reader scored two goals against Academy of Art on Saturday to help lead the Vulcans to a 4-0 victory. The outcome got UH Hilo into the win column for the first time this year in PacWest play. The Chico State transfer dribbled in and around three defenders and shot past the goalkeeper for a goal in the 12th minute, and then scored again in the 74th minute for her third goal this season. On the year, Reader leads the Vulcans in shots (16) and shots on goal (11).
