Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Outside hitter Bria Beale played a huge role in UH Hilo's success over the weekend at the D2 West Region Volleyball Showcase in San Francisco. The sophomore transfer (UC Irvine) had 42 kills and 53 digs in the four matches, helping the Vulcans to a 3-1 record in the tournament. Against host San Francisco State, he slammed 15 kills and posted an astounding attack percentage of 737. Against St. Martin's, she had a season-best 20 digs.
