Vulcan goalkeeper Bailey Cahill had an impressive UH Hilo debut over the weekend on Oahu. The junior transfer from Santa Rosa JC gave up just two goals in 200 minutes against two very good teams as the Vulcans tied Eckerd (Fla.) 1-1 and lost to No. 2 nationally ranked UC San Diego, 1-0. Tasked with replacing four-year starter Jenna Hufford, Cahill faced 15 shots and had 13 saves, including seven against powerhouse UCSD.
