Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Senior libero Mina Grant did her part in an attempted upset of conference-leading Azusa Pacific on Monday night in southern California. The Los Angeles native had 18 digs in just three sets as the Vulcans took the Cougars to the limit in the first and second sets before succumbing in the third (25-23, 27-25, 25-12). Grant, the PacWest Preseason Libero of the Year, is second in the conference with 5.12 digs per set.
