Box Score The season came to an end, as the University of Hawaii at Hilo went quietly into the night with a 3-0 loss to Brigham Young University- Hawaii in a Pacific West Conference match at the UHH gym.

“From a learning stand point, there were things we were saying in our last practice that we've been talking about from the first week in training camp,” UHH Head Coach Tino Reyes said, “We couldn't get the message across to them. Therefore, we didn't do a good enough job teaching.
 
“There's some room for learning from both the coaches' and players' end. Then maybe we could have progressed a little more and the results could have been a little better.”
 
Bria Morgan led with 12 kills. Patty Snel added four kills and led with nine digs. Autumn Chong had 12 assists
 
Tonight's match was also the final for four seniors - Snel, Nicole Conley, Melissa Chaves and Megan Medeiros - who were honored after the game.  
 
“We've got to make some changes that would enhance the learning of the kids and if we do that, we'll be a lot better next year," Reyes said.
