LEXINGTON, Kentucky – Hawai'i Hilo Women's Volleyball earned recognition as a 2024-25 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for achieving a combined team grade point average of 3.30 or higher.

The AVCA Team Academic Award Sponsored By INTENT honored a record-breaking 1,450 collegiate and high school volleyball teams for their work in the class this past school year.

Last week, the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team was announced with 85.0 percent of the Vulcans Volleyball squad having achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
