HILO, Hawai'i – Coming off of a historic season, the 2026 Hawai'i Hilo Men's Soccer schedule will have 15 matches with six home contests at the Vulcan Soccer Field.
"Last season, we raised the standard of this program but we still have much more work to do in order to achieve our goals," fourth-year Vulcans head coach Diego Marroquin said.
2026 SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN
- 15 Total Matches
- 6 Non-Conference
- 9 PacWest Contests
- 6 Home Matches
- 2 Matches on O'ahu
- 3-Match Colorado Road Trip
- Southern California Road Trip
The Vulcans will take on a gauntlet of Super 4 Region foes as part of the non-conference slate that includes four teams who finished in the top five of their respective conferences — one from the Lone Star Conference and three from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference including RMAC champion Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Last fall, UT Dallas completed the first year of transition from the NCAA Division III and finished runner-up in the LSC's regular season standings behind eventual national champion Midwestern State.
Hawai'i Hilo will play seven straight contests on the road through Colorado (Sept. 9-14) and Southern California (Sept. 26 - Oct. 3), which includes its Pacific West Conference season opener at Concordia on Sept. 26. The road trip concludes in San Diego against reigning PacWest Champion Point Loma — whom the Vulcans fell to in last year's PacWest Championship match after playing a majority of the game with one less player on the field due to a red card.
The final five matches of the regular season will take place in the 808 state.
Home matches include: HPU (Aug. 27), UT Dallas (Sept. 2), Chaminade (Oct. 10), Westmont (Oct. 15), Jessup (Oct. 21) and Dominican (Oct. 26).
The four-team PacWest Championships postseason tournament is set for Nov. 5 and 7 in San Rafael, California hosted by Dominican.

The PacWest Conference is down to 10 teams after the departures of Menlo and Fresno Pacific to the CCAA and Azusa Pacific to NCAA Division III.
Hawai'i Hilo went 12-6-2 overall last fall with trips to the PacWest Championships postseason tournament and its first-ever NCAA tournament appearance with a victory over Western Oregon in the NCAA Super 4 Region First Round before finishing in the Second Round.
Tickets and video livestream information will be available at a later time. First official practices begin Aug. 10.
