Biography

2020
Started all 21 games for the Vulcans, most of them at first base in a COVID-19 shortened season...Hit a career-best .313 with five doubles and a pair of home runs...Led the team with 16 walks...Also paced the Vulcans with a .542 slugging percentage...Only struck out four times in 67 plate appearances...Went 2-for-2 with two doubles in a win over defending champ Concordia...Also went 2-for-2 with a double in a 7-1 win over Biola...HIt home runs against Colorado Mesa and Eastern New Mexico...Had a .977 fielding percentage.

2019
Started 41 games at first base as a sophomore...Had five doubles and tied for the team lead with five home runs...Drove in 25 RBI runs, third on the squad...Had a home run and scored three times in win over Chadron State....Went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI against Azusa Pacific...Had five multi-hit games...Drove in three runs with a homer against Biola...Had seven multi-RBI games...Did not have an error all season at first base.

2018
Started 37 of UH Hilo's 46 game at first base as a true freshman...Hit .258 with five doubles, two home runs and 21 RBI...Fourth on the team with 20 walks...Hit a grand slam in her first college at-bat against San Francisco State...Also hit a round-tripper against No. 8 nationally ranked Colorado Mesa...Had a streak of five straight games with at least one RBI...Went 3-for-5 with two RBI against Western New Mexico...Had a pair of doubles against Cal State East Bay.

2017 graduate of Waiakea HS in Hilo...Two-time Division I BIIF Player of the Year...As a junior (2016) she hit .610 with 31 RBI...Helped the Warriors win three consecutive BIIF titles...Waiakea finished sixth at the state tournament in 2017...As a senior shortstop hit .474 with a league-high eight home runs...Had 41 RBI...Team went 18-2 overall and were unbeaten in league play...Played for the successful RBI Nobu Yamauchi softball team, advancing to the World Series.
