Returned to the court after over a year and a half away because of injury...Moved to back row after playing first three seasons as an outside hitter...Played in 30 of UHH's 31 matches...A senior on Vulcan team that qualified for the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2011...Had 170 digs on the season (1.67 per set), fifth best on the team...Had only four reception errors all season long...Had a career-high 17 digs against Notre Dame de Namur...Had 13 digs each versus Azusa Pacific and Fresno Pacific...Named to the Pacific West Conference Scholar-Athlete team with a 3.77 GPA in Kinesiology.

2017
Played in 14 of UHH's 27 matches before an injury ended her junior season...Third on the Vulcans in kills per set with 2.08...Led her team in service aces per set (0.42)...Ranked fourth in the PacWest in aces per set...Had an even two digs per set...Had a season-high 15 kills against Academy of Art...Had 13 kills each versus Point Loma and Hawaii Pacific...Had a .407 attack percentage in the match against the Sea Lions...Had a season-best 12 digs versus Alaska and Dominican...Fired in four service aces against Dominican, and had three against Chaminade, Fresno Pacific and Point Loma...Named to the PacWest Scholar Athlete team.

BEFORE UHH
Played the 2016 season at Irvine Valley College as a sophomore...She started every match for the Lasers for former Hawaii star Tom Pestolesi...Fitzgerald led IVC with 3.73 digs...Also had 175 kills...Earned Second Team All-Orange Empire League honors...All-conference in beach volleyball as well, finishing second in the conference pairs...Spent two years at Holy Names, one as a red-shirt...In 2015, she led the Hawks of the PacWest in digs with 311 and was second on the team in aces with 14...Prepped at San Clemente High School, playing two seasons for head coach Rob O'Rear...Led the team in aces...Played club ball for the Laguna Beach VC and TStreet.
