OFFICIALS – First referee, second referee, scorekeepers, line judges and libero trackers will be provided for all matches.
RULES – Matches will be best of 3 out of 5, 25-points rally scoring with no cap. The 5th game will be 15-point rally scoring with no cap. Three minutes will be allowed between all games.
PRE-MATCH PROTOCOL:
10 minutes Shared court for warm-up
4 minutes Visiting team court
4 minutes Home team court
5 minutes Visiting team court
5 minutes Home team court
1 minute Team huddle
No match will start before the scheduled time and there will be a minimum of 30 minutes between matches.
If additional time is available before the scheduled time of the next match, the amount of shared court time will be increased.
STATISTICS – will be provided using the Stat Crew System. [Livestats MIGHT be available].
VIDEOTAPING – A game DVD will be available approximately 20 minutes after the completion of a match. There will be a $20 fee for the tournament.
CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINERS – The athletic training room will be located in locker room area and available for your team to use throughout the tournament. We request a staff or student trainer accompany your athlete while using the training room facilities. The training room will be open sixty minutes prior to the first scheduled match of each session. A certified athletic trainer will be in attendance throughout the tournament.
If you do not have a trainer and request assistance, please provide your own supplies.
PASSES –Classic passes will be provided to each institution. The amount for each team is to be determined. Passes will be required for admission to all matches.
