Garett Yukumoto

Garett Yukumoto joined the Vulcans Baseball staff starting with the 2019 season after a long-time stint (13 seasons) as head coach at Hawai‘i Pacific University (2005-2018).

Yukumoto led the Sea Warriors/Sharks program for the 2006-2018 seasons, capturing Pacific West Conference Championships in 2008 and 2010. He was named PacWest Coach of the Year in 2010 as HPU finished runner-up in the NCAA West Regional. In early 2013, Yukumoto became HPU's all-time winningest coach and left with a final mark of 362-272-4.

In addition to coaching stints with Leilehua High School (2004 O‘ahu Interscholastic Association West Coach of the Year) and Hawaii Island Movers, the ‘Aiea native has made a career of serving the keiki working as a school administrator in central O‘ahu.
