2020
On the Vulcan roster but missed getting into a game during the CIVID-19 shortened season...Named the UHH Baseball Scholar Athlete of the Year with a 3.83 GPA in Business Administration.

2019
Played in three games for the Vulcans as a redshirt freshman, starting in one...Was 2-for-4 on the season...Named to the PacWest All-Academic Team...Also earned the title of UH Hilo's Baseball Scholar Athlete.

2018
Spent the year as a redshirt at UH Hilo.

BEFORE UHH
2017 graduate of Waipahu High School...Played four seasons...Second Team All-State selection...On the mound, had a 1-1 record with a 2.15 ERA.

PERSONAL
Born March 22, 1999 in Honolulu...Business Administration major...Parents are Roy and Lori Sugimoto...Brother Dylan started two seasons in the outfield for the Vulcans, hitting .306 as a senior...Also has another brother, Jacob.
