Was UH Hilo's top golfer in shortened season...Part of Vulcan foursome that finished fourth at the Pacific West Conference Championships, their best finish since 2014...Had a season average of 80.33...Named to All-Pacific West Conference Third Team, the first Vulcan to be named since 2016...Finished seventh at the PacWest tournament to earn All-Tournament honors...Shot 75-73-77 (+15)...That ranks as the seventh best three-day round in school history...Also shot a 77 at the Palm Valley Classic...Her season average was just outside the Vulcan's Top 10...Named to PacWest All-Academic Team...Also on the WGCA All-American Scholars list.

2019-20
After a good freshman season, there was no sophomore jinx for Kaelyn Uchida...She improved her season stroke average by six, albeit in a COVID shortened season (80.27)... That average would have cracked the Vulcan single-season top ten but she was short of meeting the minimum qualifying by one round...Shot a sizzling 70 to lead the first round of the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate...That even-par round is the lowest score in Vulcan history and second lowest round to par...Finished tied for 19th in the loaded tournament...Had a 76 in the final round...Tied for 13th at the True North Classic (77-80)...12th at the St. Martin's Invitational (88-90)...Named to PacWest All-Academic team...Retains eligibility year (COVID) for 2020-21 season.

2018-19
Had a solid freshman season...Third best season average on the team at 86.10...Finished tied for 16th at the PacWest Championships...Had her three lowest scores of the year at the tournament, carding two 80's and a 78 (+22)...Tied for 23rd at the Augustana Spring Fling (83-82) +10...Named to PacWest All-Academic team.

2018 graduate of Waiakea High School in Hilo...Team MVP...Played for Troy Tamiya...Warriors finished fifth at the HHSAA state tournament...Shot an 81 and 79 at the tournament...Shot a 73 at the Optimist qualifier at Turtle Bay on Oahu.
