A part of the Vulcan coaching staff for the first time in 2017 is Shannon Arquitola.
Arquitola’s background includes soccer and bodybuilding. She played soccer locally at Hilo High School, and was a part of a club team that won the U19 national championship in 2001. She is currently the U10 head coach for Hawaii Rush and is a certified personal trainer at Penn Training and Fitness.
Shannon works at the County of Hawaii Department of Finance as a real property appraiser IV.
A graduate of Hawaii Pacific University in 2005, she is also a Global Bodybuilding Organization Professional Women’s Figure Athlete.
