Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Sophomore centerfielder Rayla Jacobs-Kea played a big role in UHH's doubleheader sweep of Hawai`i Pacific, helping the Vulcans vault past the Sharks into second place in the PacWest. In the two games, the Waianae native (Kamehameha-Kapalama) went 4-for-5, scored twice, drove in two runs and stole a pair of bases. The Vulcans improved to 25-14 with the wins and to 18-8 in the Pacific West Conference.
