Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Lucee Fitzgerald graduated last December with a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. She first came to UH Hilo in 2017 after a season each at Holy Names and Irvine Valley College. That season as an outside hitter, she was was one of the top Vulcans in aces per set (0.42) and kills (2.08) before an injury ended her season after 14 matches. She sat out 2018 with the same injury, and then returned in 2019 as a back row specialist where she played a key role for the 23-8 Vulcan team. She played in 30 matches and was fourth on the Vulcans in digs, including a career-high 17 against NDNU.
