Hawai'i Hilo Vulcans Athletics

Freshman center Allie Navarette had a pair of stellar games as the Vulcans split road games in northern California. In an upset win over Notre Dame de Namur, she hit 11 of 12 free throws in the final 42 seconds to clinch the victory. She had a career-high 26 points and seven rebounds in the win. Two nights earlier in a loss to Fresno Pacific, she had 15 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots. For the two games, the Torrance, Calif. native had 41 points and 13 rebounds, and hit 21 of 23 free throw attempts.
