Freshman tennis player Chun En Wu was just one of a few stars that helped the Vulcan tennis team to a historic weekend. The Vulcans defeated No. 8 nationally ranked Hawaii Pacific twice, and also topped No. 15 UC San Diego. "Vivid" went 6-0 on the weekend, with three singles and three doubles wins. Playing No. 3, he defeated No. 46 ranked Gerado Irrarrazabal (6-4, 6-1) of HPU, and knocked off the Sharks' Jack Lyttle (6-4, 4-6, 6-2). He opened his collegiate career by beating the Triton's Marc Isaia, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5. The Taiwan native teamed with Gregory Zukeran, who also went unbeaten on the weekend, to win all three doubles bouts at third doubles.
