#Ronel Trias# held the hot bat as the University of Hawaii at Hilo swept a Pacific West Conference doubleheader from Grand Canyon University, 7-3 and 8-0, at Wong Stadium in Hilo.

The Vulcans improved to 8-7 overall and 3-3 in the PWC while the Antelopes are 9-15 overall and 3-6 in the PWC.

The junior outfielder was 6 for 7 at the plate in the doubleheader while scoring four runs and driving in one.

In game one, #Keoni Manago# and #T.J. Pilla# provided three hits a piece to help fire up the Vulcan offense. Manago recorded his third homerun of the season and picked up a pair of RBI.

#Peter Rodgers# had two hits and three RBI.

#Clayton Uyechi# (1-1) picked up his first win of the season by holding the Antelopes to three runs and five hits over five innings. #Kurtis Sherer# picked up the save with a 3-hit, 1-strikeout performance over the final two innings.

#Kekoa Lee# dominated the Antelopes in game two with a 3-hit, 5-strikeout performance over six innings. #Sheldon Otsuka# closed the game striking out one in the final inning.

#Matt Haasenritter# was 2 for 4 with an RBI while #Kalehua Moniz# was 2 for 3.
