Dayna Bersamin leads the University of Hawaii at Hilo with an 8-over-par, 154 after the second round of the Donnis Thompson Invitational on the Klipper Course on Oahu.
The freshman shot rounds of 76 and 78 on the par-72, 5920-yard course to enter the third and final round in a tie for 14th place.
Nicole Aoki was five strokes behind at 159 (78-81) and tied for 40th place. Also competing for the Vulcans are

Fresno State’s Louisa Lies leads the tournament at 2-under-par 142. Tied for second place are Nova Southeastern’s Sandra Changkija and Rollins’ Joanna Coe at 4-over-par 148,
