Vulcan season ticket holders for baseball can now receive refunds for canceled games, or choose how you want those funds to be reallocated. 

Additionally, the same options are available to those that bought Season Passes for Vulcan video streamed games for baseball or softball.

For season tickets, the prorated amount can be returned to you via check or you can apply the prorated amount towards your 2021 season ticket purchase.

Please contact the UH Hilo athletic department by April 10, 2020 if you desire a refund check. If no selection is made by this date, you will automatically receive credit towards your 2021 season tickets for baseball.

If you purchased a Season Pass for Vulcan baseball or softball through Stretch Internet, you can email them for a prorated refund at help@prestosports.com.
