IRVINE, Calif.-- Junior transfer Daelenn Tokunaga was instrumental in her team's four wins on the road, helping her earn her first PacWest Player of the Week award. Tokunaga supplied five goals this week, three of which were solo shots and two that were assisted. Out of these five goals, three were game-winning. 
 
Tokunaga was responsible for two of the Vulcans' three goals in their 3-2 win over Fresno Pacific. Tokunaga scored the first goal of the game, and then the final 3-2 game-winner. That was Tokunaga's third time of the season scoring two goals in a game. 
 
Tokunaga leads the PacWest with 10 goals, six goals ahead of the closest runners up. Half of Tokunaga's goals are game-winning goals, ranking her first in the PacWest game-winning goal category as well. Tokunaga is also second in the conference in shots with 15.
 
The Vulcans are currently on a four-game winning streak and No. 1 in the PacWest standings. They will face off against Concordia Irvine on Tuesday Oct. 19 at 12 p.m. HT.
