WAIKOLOA VILLAGE, Hawai'i – Kiersten Saludares shot 10 spots up the leader board on the final day as Hawai'i Hilo Women's Golf placed No. 15 at the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate at The Village Course at Waikoloa this week.
Saludares improved on her Round 1 score by six shots to finish 12-over overall at a tie for No. 41.
Cal State San Marcos' Madison Murr leapt far out ahead of the field of nearly 80 golfers to repeat as Dennis Rose individual champ. Murr, ranked No. 6 in Division II, was among 12 golfers ranked in the top 100 of the latest Scoreboard rankings.
Missouri-St. Louis placed four golfers inside the top 20 to earn the team title by four shots at 15-plus.

Hawai'i Hilo close the fall slate at the HPU Sharks Shootout, Oct. 25-26, at the Mauna Lani Resort North Course.
The Vulcans will be off for winter and will return to action in early February with Cal State Los Angeles' LA Spring Kickoff in Downey, California.
