GREENWOOD, Indianapolis – Hawai'i Hilo Tennis student-athletes Jaime Paquet, Iori Furuhata and Victoria Ricaurte-Cabas were selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for excellence both on the court and in the classroom.
Awardees hold a 3.50+ cumulative grade point average (and are at least a sophomore) with participation in 90 percent of the team's matches during the season.
Paquet is a repeat selection.

College Sports Communicators (CSC)
Founded in 1957, College Sports Communicators is a 4,700+ member national association for strategic, creative and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the U.S. and Canada; it adopted the College Sports Communicators name in 2022 after previously operating as CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America). CSC oversees the Academic All-District and Academic All-America programs to recognize student-athletes for success in the classroom and in competition.
Academic All-America program
Established in 1952, the Academic All-America® program recognizes student-athletes for combined academic and athletic excellence across championship college sports, with honorees selected by CSC. Academic All-District selections advance to the national Academic All-America ballot, with teams chosen by CSC members.
