UH Hilo's season opening doubleheader on Saturday against Hawaii Pacific has been canceled because of rain and wet field conditions.

The Vulcans and Sharks will try again on Sunday at the Walter Victor Softball Complex, attempting a tripleheader that will start at 10 am, weather permitting.
