The Vulcans opened the 2022 season at home last Sunday with a thrilling 2-1 win over Cal Poly Humboldt as Koki Hamada (Kita, Tokyo, Japan/High Mowing School) delivered the game winner in the 83rd minute off an assist from Alexander Hernandez-Herbach (Pasadena, Calif./Pasadena HS) and Wataru Muto (Chiba, Japan/Yachiyo HS).

AUREA STREADBECK

Opening the 2022 season, the Vulcans ran at the Big Wave Invitational on O'ahu last Saturday as Aurea Streadbeck (Ewa Beach, Hawai'i/James Campbell HS) set a new 5K personal best with a 26:20.9 mark to beat her previous time by just over a full minute set a year ago.
