NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – Hawai'i Hilo Women's Cross Country earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors after posting a 3.49 team grade-point average for the fall.
To qualify for Team All-Academic recognition, programs must have competed and compiled a team score at the NCAA Division II Regional Cross Country Championships and achieved at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Hawai'i Hio finished No. 24 at last fall's West Regional race held in Monmouth, Oregon.

USTFCCCA is a nonprofit professional organization representing cross country and track and field coaches at all levels, including thousands across NCAA programs (Divisions I, II and III), the NAIA, NJCAA and state high school associations. The association advocates for coaches' interests and serves as a liaison among the sport's stakeholders.
