KOHALA COAST, Hawai'i – Top collegiate golfers will once again ascend to the west side of the Big Island for this year's Amer Ari Intercollegiate event on Feb. 5-7 at the Mauna Lani Resort Golf Club.
This year's field features seven of the last 10 NCAA Division I Champions, including 2025 champ Oklahoma State. Eight teams enter this week's competition most recently ranked inside the top 25 by Scoreboard powered by clippd.

AMER ARI INTERCOLLEGIATE
The Amer Ari Intercollegiate has brought some of the best golfers in the nation to the west side of the Big Island year-in and year-out since its inception in 1991. From Tiger Woods to Jordan Spieth to Matt Kuchar, the Amer Ari Intercollegiate has hosted a myriad of players through the years who have gone on to professional stardom. Originally titled "Taylor Made Big Island Intercollegiate Golf Tournament" and co-hosted by Hawai'i Hilo and UH Manoa, the event was played at the Waikoloa Beach Resort with other venues at the Hapuna Golf Course at Mauna Kea Resort before moving to Mauna Lani in 2024. In 2010, it was renamed in honor of longtime supporter Mr Amer Ari.
The 2025 Amer Ari Intercollegiate was ranked the 10th best collegiate event of the year by the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
