HILO, Hawaiʻi – Hawaiʻi Hilo Women's Tennis swept Chaminade, 7-0, to celebrate Senior Day on Saturday afternoon at the UHH Tennis Courts.
Hawaiʻi Hilo won all six singles matches without dropping a set before sweeping the doubles point as well.
Lehua Jordan capped her Senior Day with a 6-0, 6-2 singles victory on Court 5 before teaming with Kaiya Ideta to help take the doubles point with a 6-0 win on Court 3.

Vulcans Men's Tennis players Jaime Paquet and Filippo Di Perna were also celebrated as part of the Senior Day festivities.
A scheduled second match was canceled after approximately 20 minutes of play due to inclement weather. The first match was played through two rain delays.

PACWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS RANKINGS
Hawaiʻi Hilo came in at No. 9 in the first of three PacWest Championships rankings released March 26. The eight-team 2026 PacWest Championships will be held April 15-17 at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex in Surprise, Arizona. The rankings are voted on by a committee of six administrators from PacWest schools (two from each geographical pod). Further rankings will be released April 1 and April 6. The top two criteria from a list of seven are head-to-head results followed by records against common Division II (PacWest) opponents.
PACWEST PRESEASON POLL
Hawaiʻi Hilo was voted No. T7 in the Pacific West Conference Preseason Coaches Poll, tied with Stanislaus State. The Vulcans finished the 2025 season in the consolation bracket at the PacWest Championships.
