CALIFORNIA – Hawai'i Hilo Softball landed three players with Pacific West Conference postseason awards recognition as announced Monday afternoon ahead of the PacWest Championships postseason tournament.

Senior leftfielder Lexie Tilton repeated as PacWest Conference Defender of the Year while being named to the All-PacWest Second Team. The Vulcans have received four Defender of the Year conference awards since head coach Aisha Sueda took over in 2022 — Skylar Thomas (2022), Trinity Favela (2023), Tilton (2025), Tilton (2026). Tilton was also an All-PacWest Team selection two season previous in 2024 (third team) and 2025 (second team).

Redshirt-sophomore pitcher Janessa Santos was named to the All-PacWest First Team after ranking top five in most conference pitching statistical categories, highlighted by posting a conference-low opposing batting average of .174.

Senior rightfielder Rayna White also earned a selection on the All-PacWest Second Team after leading the Vulcans on the offensive side of the plate. White was a previous Second Team selection in 2024.

Biola received Player of the Year (Kendall Nakano), Pitcher of the Year (DJ Symons) and Freshman of the Year (Lizzie Byer) honors while Concordia took Newcomer of the Year (Morgan Kneubuhler) and Coach of the Year (Crystal Rosenthal).

Four-team PacWest Championships postseason tournament runs May 5-7 in La Mirada, California. Vulcans take on host Biola on Tuesday in the First Round.
