The University of Hawaii at Hilo defeated the Academy of Art University, 6-3, in an NCAA Division II West Region match in San Francisco, Calif.
“The women got a good win who we just lost to a week ago at the PacWest tourney,” said UHH Head Coach
Kula Oda. “We started a little slow but came back strong winning five singles matches.
“It was definitely one of our better performances of the year. Hopefully we will use this confidence in our final two matches of the season.”
