Alejandro Patino got the Vulcans on the board first midway through the first half. The senior forward picked up a deflection and slipped his shot past PLNU goalie
Michael Lambert for his third goal of the year.
It wasn't long before PLNU got back into the match.

Cassidy Dixon.
Both teams would take three more shots on goal but the Sea Lions were credited with 10 more shots than the Vulcans.
The Vulcans next face Concordia University on Thursday, October 29 in Irvine, Calif.
