OAKLAND, Calif. – The University of Hawaii at Hilo "found a way to win" according to Head Coach
David Kaneshiro after posting a 47-43 PacWest victory over Holy Names University.
"It wasn't the prettiest game," Kaneshiro said. "We hurt ourselves with turnovers throughout the game. When we didn't turn it over, we had some really good possessions. We executed, had some good shots and shot a good percentage.
"Playing four games on the road is never easy."
The Vulcans turned it over 23 times in the game. Not since opening the season with 27 and 25 turnovers to the University of Alaska Anchorage, have the Vulcans seen such numbers.
