HONOLULU, Hawai`i--The UH Hilo women's tennis team made it a clean sweep of Chaminade today, winning all nine matches in straight sets at the Ala Moana Regional Park on Oahu.
The Vulcans improved to 2-5 on the year with the victory, while the Silverswords dropped to 0-7.
UH Hilo didn't drop a game in the three doubles matches and only lost a handful of games on the singles side.
Coach
Tina McDermott's squad will continue a long string of matches on Oahu with a Friday 9 a.m. encounter against Holy Names.
