KAILUA-KONA, Hawai`i—No. 4 ranked Hawai`i Pacific improved to 3-0 on the season with a 5-0 win over Hawai`i Hilo on Monday morning at the Holua Tennis Center.
The Sharks won all three doubles for the one team point and then captured four singles matches before a light rain stopped the two remaining matches.
The Sharks, ranked No. 1 in the west region, also have wins over Azusa Pacific (4-3) and Holy Names (7-0) this season.
Next up for the Vulcans is a long trip through northern and southern California, beginning on March 20 at Academy of Art.
