HONOLULU, Hawai`i—The UH Hilo women's tennis team wrapped up their 2019 regular season with a 6-1 victory over Chaminade on Sunday afternoon at the Ala Moana Tennis Courts.
Sophomore
Carmelle Joyner improved to 8-2 on the season in singles, taking a win on court two. Joyner and freshman Anouk Van Hoek moved to 9-4 in doubles action with a 6-2 win.
The match was the final action for the year before the Pacific West Conference tournament for the Vulcans, to be held April 17-20 in Surprise, Arizona. UH Hilo is now 5-10 on the season, while Chaminade goes to 3-10.
