HILO, Hawai'i– The men's basketball team is in Southern California, preparing to face Azusa Pacific, Concordia Irvine, Biola, and Point Loma. 

The men's basketball team (10-4, 6-1 PacWest) is first place in the conference standings. The Vulcans moved up into first after their 75-72 victory over Academy of Art on Thursday, Jan. 13 and defeated their standing the following Monday against Dominican. 

UHH will begin their SoCal business trip against APU tomorrow, Jan. 21 at 2:30pm HST in the Felix Event Center. The Cougars (6-6, 3-2 PacWest) are fifth in the conference.

Next, the Vulcans will get a rematch against the Concordia Eagles and then they will take on Biola and Point Loma in their home gyms.
