LIVERMORE, California – Three Vulcans are tied for their team's first round top finish in the NNU Nighthawks Invitational at the Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore, California. 

Dustin Franko, Andrew Otani, and Nicholas Gomez are leading their squad in 29th (+4).

Noah Lau is four strokes behind them (80) and Keith Ng is two swings behind Lau, rounding up his team 10 above par (82).

UH Hilo is currently tied for eighth with Holy Names and Cal State Monterey Bay (+20). Ahead of them is Montana State Billings (+8), Cal State East Bay (+9), Sonoma State (+11), Simon Fraser (+14), CSU San Bernardino (+14), Hawai'i Pacific (+14), and Stanislaus State (+19).

Tee times for the final round are set to begin at 5:30am HT (7:30am PT).
